I think this past Sunday's service went very well. It's great to see in even a small amount of time how we have progressed as a class. When executed properly, and in an organized manner, team style service does look quite elegant. Perhaps this coming week we'll be able to really pull it off flawlessly.. I think not partaking in wine tasting may help too :) Great job everyone!
I think Sunday's service went well seeing as team style service wasn't practiced. It looked really nice!. With more practice I'm sure the service will be more synchronized. Also, the wine tastings were really informative and fun. I'm excited for next weeks service! :)
Last class was really funny and helpful to.me. Tasting a lot of wines and learning many information about wine. Also, PM service was really nice and server's performance was great. I wll expect tomorrow class! :)
